The four reasons that you mentioned are so true. Especially the point which states that the reason behind people buying business is that they are retired and are old enough to not bother with going through all the daunting tasks of raising their own start up business. What's even better is that once you accomplish your retirement, along with the necessary Enduring Power Of Attorney, you could go and purchase the business of your choice exclusively.

I agree that to lessen the high risk of venturing into business is to consider buying a business.
However, this will give you a high starting cost of investment because a profitable business for sale are highly priced.

The style of writing on your blog is really good. I am interested to see if you can explain more difficult concepts and ideas in the same easy to understand style for the audience. Also, if you make alternate posts from the buyers' and sellers' point of view, it will bring a nice balance and cohesion to the theme of your blog.
